i ran a little loop around my new neighborhood, it was blazing hot out.
My pace was 6:30 which I think is good but I haven't been consistently doing stats so I'm unsure...

I wish this wasn't post-worthy, but I did 10 miles yesterday in 1:02 with ease, which considering my physical state since March this is AWESOME! It was the first run since March that I felt like my old running self, had no pain, and was able to run freely. More of that soon I hope.

10 km in beautiful forest and open landscapes with a brake at 7.5km to take a dip in the water and then run with sandy feets (with shoes) the last 2.5 km. Wounderful.

I squished in a little 20 minute run (3.5 km) on my treadmill this morning. Certainly, the only thing about it to be proud of is that I actually did any running at all.

Today poor laziness and recovery from yesterday's party but tomorrow is time for some 7 km of running fun. Times I'll try to keep around 6.00-6.15 (min.sec) per kilometer.

I have just lately started to take the times and distances down and it is great to see the results building up and compare the results and look at the stats, but I am a little bit of a nerd with the statistics, love them!

Holy crap.
Race for the last 5miles of a tri: 9:30/mile. Ouch. Terrible. Terrible.

Now I'm commited to doing interval training. Running can't be this terrible.

Ran 1.25 miles straight, then brisk walk/run combo for another 2 this morning.

Nothing as my working day stretched from 8 hours to 12 hours :x Anyway, the day before yesterday had the best run during my 7-8 months training period. I had a relatively fast 5K (=faster than normal "long" run but didn't exhaust myself too much) I run it for 27:20. I am really starting to feel the philosophy of running. I really feel the speed and it feels like I could run forever, and the best thing is that you feel that it is ME who is producing this speed with my own muscles and movement. The same reason I have always enjoyed cycling and hated cars
