Great to see more joining!
I did a 10K this morning and I am going to use the sad results as my motivation. My plan is to find a race at the end of the 100 days and see BETTER results.

i have a thousand things on my plate at the moment,including a marathon in two weeks,a 15 peak walking challenge and a holiday in china,.BUT im totally up for it,whats to lose,i just run lots,keep track of my mileage and post the results in july??correct?
