Wow! This is so amazing!

I've been "running" 5km every two weeks these days.
"The worker has the right to leave his boss, but can she do it? And if she does quit him, is it in order to lead a free life; where she will have no master but herself? No, she leaves to sell herself to another employer. She's driven by the same hunger. Thus the worker's liberty is only a theoretical freedom, lacking any means of realization; an utter falsehood."

The recovery was amazing, I was totally surprised. I ran and biked a few times during the week after. The only reason I did not do more was because of work, not because I was terribly sore. It's been two weeks and I would say recovery is easy done, and it was probably 75% complete a week ago.

I'm now back from the US and Japan and you guys have all put me to shame.

I can put all of the running I did right here between these two little quotes  " "
I am full of excuses. I won't bore you. I really must be my most unfit in about 20 years. So much for the 100 day challenge to help me thru this! Heyyy who's idea was this anyway....

Welcome back Mr C .. I saw your log had gone very quiet and was wondering if my "log holiday" disease had started to spread ;-)

Hope you get some training in before Mini Mr C no. 2 arrives!

My last week was

05/06 5 miles
06/06 15 miles

hmmmm...

Heh, I consider it an achievement that I made it to 1.25 miles today of running before alternating between walking/running...but I'm still fairly new! Working my way up...

Thanks to gms for doing the updating while I have been away! err, which has been most of the time of this thread... I have done my best to update the last few weeks, but there were some holes for a few people as far as I could tell. So have a look if you can and let me know if you see something wrong. and gms, get yours in there!! We are also missing quite a few from this week and last. I am surprised we are only at day 58 - don't lose motivation!!
