My 11yr old vegan daughter got 34.54s in the 200m the other day at Athletics club :) Think she came 4th as there are some real speedsters

Thats mighty fast. When I do my 200m repeats I really need to gun it to hit 33/34.

Half Marathon (first time on flat ground): 1:24:58

That's slightly faster than a 6'30 pace, so I'm quite happy with it. New goal is a 6'20 pace.

Also it would be good to run it on dirt or track, as this last one was on road and it really hurt my legs by the end.

Got a few more times for you from her last Athletics night:
100m: 16.7s
400m: 1min19.8
