10km: 39:23 http://connect.garmin.com/activity/46594846 (I ran the first 1km easy and then wound it up to pass literally thousands of runners as the pack diluted.) I was wearing my 'go vegan' singlet in both races.

New 15k PR - 49:00 flat. Not as much of a PR as I was hoping for...but a PR none the less.

Ran my first marathon on Sunday. Time: 4:15:35
I hadn't done as much training as I could have, and it was a rather hilly course, so I'm happy to have actually finished it. :D Maybe I'll have a go at another one sometime...

my first marathon yesterday. the course was pretty flat but the weather was rather windy. anyway, 3:37:26 they said and gave me a bag of crackers and peanuts for 3rd place in my age group. so I'm happy :)
i only wish I wore some vegan apparel. three other vegans (that I know of) ran and all did awesome (3:31, 3:39 and 3:53). soon we will take over the world.
