Thanks I would like to try, but I think it will be difficult. This was a race where everything was 100% perfect. I have one more 5k next week but then I'm starting marathon training.....

edited to add: my fat ass is totally using the squat and deadlift records set before the run as an excuse

hey! just seen this table. do a bit of running, so might as well put my times up!

5k - 22mins36secs

half marathon- 2hrs 7 mins (cross country)

Marathon- 4hrs 7 mins (in 2003)
