Thought we should have one of these threads as well..
I'll start:
PB on half marathon
PB on 30k (Lidingöloppet, terrain)
Having more speed work in my training than before
I feel this is realistic for me without puffing to much on the cracpipe.. (Since my PBs is not that fast and my speed work have been more or less non existent 'till now..)
