actually my pb is 40:20 but that's too long ago to take into account
next race I run is 13k, I'll try to stay within 52mins

10 Race June 30/09

Hello all:

Just did my first 10K race. Just had a crazy month of races first it was a 21K then a 5K now a 10K.... I did well in them all IMO...
10K= 53:30

my first official 10km race ever! finished in 38.08 which I guess is my new PB (and PW) . not planning any more 10kms so it'll last for a while

Oh, maybe I sounded too harsh there. This event was kinda funny, I could do it again. But my goals for this summer (when I started training) was doing 10 km below 40 min and a specific 30 km terrain race below 2.15 hours. One down, one to go. Focus for now will be on longer distances and even more uphill / downhill.

Dunno what goal I'll set after the 30 km race, maybe a sub 3 hours marathon, maybe a better 10 km time, maybe I'll just find something else interesting and go for that.
