nice goal for next year to break your time. 1500 is pretty difficult. it might be one of the most difficult distances. to set and keep the right pace.

10k down from 44:52 to 42:28. I think it's gun time, the website will be updated today.

I can't go near a chip without beating my Pbs right now!

It's feeling great now. At last I'm training half seriously, doing regular speedwork and eating good quality carbs. The 1:30HM may be ambitious but I still want it.
