training for marathon - maybe

I am CONSIDERING taining for the L.A. Marathon - March 2005. Currently I run about 25 - 30 miles per week.

Does anyone know in what ways I should change my eating if I decide to train for this.

Anyone here from Los Angeles that runs the marathon?

My cousin runs it every year and does very well.
