I was running at least twice a week with no problem, haven't been jumping on or off of thing and no I haven't touched alcohol in the last 15 or so years so I would know. What I have done is gone on a trip and walking several (5+) hours a day for about 2 weeks in city terrain dressed in brand new totally flat and real hard soled skate sneakers. And as silly as I may sound I kept walking once it started hurting. Then again if spained ankle means tweaked sideways mine isn't sprained but it really hurts in the toelift/walking direction.
Thing is it kept hurting for a long time while just walking. Four weeks today I finally went running for the first time only to barely walk again afterwords
Any suggestions what may be wrong/hurt in my ankle as well as suggestions for it to heal good would be highly appreciated.
