Sounds a bit like mine. Until a couple of months ago on some days I could feel the tendon clicking if I rotated my arm, and in certain positions my shoulder would almost sieze up and become painful. I suspect this was due to many years benching, not doing enough external rotation work, and having what sounds like a hooked acromion. I also have very tight pecs and lats which doesn't help. For the last couple of months on my pressing days I've been doing lots of band dislocates, behind the neck band pulldowns, cable scarecrows and a lot of lat and pec stretching. I've also been applying a heat spray before benching, wearing a sweatshirt and being more liberal with the warmups than before. On pulling days I've been doing high cable rows and face pulls. For the last month I've had no problems with my shoulder at all.

They oftenget confused by the fact that they are almost half protein themselves.

my dad did some research into this not too long ago, apparently if you can only do it once its some weird gas build up and all your doing is poping bubbles of it, if you can do it whenever you want it's your joints usually and its not good for you, also if it hurts dont do it. i can crack my back, shoulders, elbows, knees, toes, ankles, fingers and neck every morning, but cant do it at any other time after that

That would make more sense.

Both my knees have clicked since I was a kid - so loudly that people always look.
This doesn't seem to be affected by whether I exercise or not, and it's certainly not from overuse!
I thought it might be lack of lubrication but I get plenty of oils so ....
