hi. i just quit my job at the postal service and started my leg training again. but it's not going that well because every time i try to squat or do lunges my right back thigh (hamstring) hurts like hell. when i do leg curls it's fine and my left leg is working perfectly. anyone who's experienced anything like this or someone who know something about it, please help me, cause this sucks.
you might want to train your hamstrings.. but if you want to do this do it slowly.. because you can get serious problems...
you can start with puthing your 2 feet on a litle higher place (low cauch or something simulair) and stand on the other side on your hands like a pease of wood.. than you can make small up and down movements with your middel not with your arms.. if this is ok.. you can go further.. but i guess this is enough for now try first 20seconds 3 reps
