For some time now my restitution has been slow, and I don't seem to build strength like I used to.I had mononucleosis last year, so might be I am weakened from that.

I get enough rest and protein.
I'm not lacking iron or iodine either.

I miss the feeling of confidence in my body mending when sore from excersise.

Does anyone have any input on the subject?
