I was wondering if anyone has had any expiriences with tender shins or shin pain? I seem to be having a little, and even though I took a training break I can feel that it might be surfacing again.
As a note, I did recently get a new pair of sneakers because my feet tend to over pronate. It's either over or under, I can't seem to remember. My arches fall close to the floor is what I mean. My shins have felt better since then, but they're still a problem.
