wrist support for pushing exercises?

Postby Lordmuppet » Fri Apr 11, 2014 11:03 am

Hi everyone,

Hurt my left wrist. Is healing quickly but not yet able to overheadpress with it.

Any suggestions for wrist support (other than wraps/straps) for pushing exercises? All stuff i've seen is for pulling (e.g. deadlift hooks)

Boxing wraps, cut in half.
“Begin at the beginning,” the King said gravely, “and go on till you come to the end. Then stop.”

had a look and sounds like a plan but why cut in half?

Because they're mega long.

You can also use powerlifting wrist wraps.
