Ankle Sprain :(

Postby FatPunkChris » Mon Sep 02, 2013 2:18 pm

So I went over on my ankle yesterday getting off the national express coach yesterday holding my daughter of 2 years. Have a high sprain and front damage too.

My normal routine is 5x5 strength 3 days a week with cardio on Tuesday and Thurs, yoga 3 times a week.

I feel a bit lost, I normally squat 3 days a week and cycle / crosstrainer for cardio.

Is there anything I can do other than focus on upper body and diet?

Yes, properly rehab your ankle to minimise the chance of future sprains e.g. http://www.princeton.edu/uhs/pdfs/ankle%20sheet%20FINAL.pdf
