Also it hurts a lot when i grip. So deadlifts and all sorts of cleans are off the menu. Pulls are performed very carefully, packing away the torn bitty so it wouldn't hurt the day after.

I tried resting it (for a month), rubbing all sorts of shit in it, and other things, but it wont go away. It cant be broken because regular movements dont hurt, only gripping serious amounts of weight.

Have you tried taping it like rock climbers do, or taping it to another finger for support?

Option 2 get straps, option 3 get hooks..

The only really option is to just do squats as does not involve your delicate little fingers...

If it's not broken it could be a tendon, or a pinched nerve in your arm, alien activity, or any number of other things.

Do they not have doctors in serbmenistan?

Does the finger creak, especially when you apply light pressure to the palm side?

Use straps either way.
