A few months ago I was running in very rough terrain in Norway and hurt one of my big toes and it felt wierd somewhere near the Proximal Phalanges area on the picture. I laid of the running for about two weeks and started running again when it felt better. Now when I run over 30 minutes it aches at the same place the day after. Right now I have a bandage with a pain relief patch around around the area. What should I do?
