Tennis/Golfer's Elbow

Postby the crazyest vegan » Sat Jan 14, 2012 9:34 pm

Did a search didnt get any hits.

I've been playing a lot of squash recently and it's given me quite bad golfer's elbow! I can hardly lift a cup or push a door open with my right arm it's that bad.
It's also a bugger when i'm in the gym, affects everything from curls to bench etc etc.
Anybody had it and managed to get rid of it????
Let's plunge ourselves into the roar of time, the whirl of accident, may pain and pleasure, success and failure, shift as they will - for it is only action that can make a man.

Have you tried exercising your hand extensors? A very easy way to do this is to use different sizes of rubber bands (produce rubber bands are excellent) and put them over the tips of all of your fingers while in a closed position and then open your hand for reps. I get elbow pains sometimes and this helps get rid of it, and doing them regularly helps prevent it.
