Neck/shoulders issue

Postby BlueRose » Fri Jul 29, 2011 2:17 pm

Joys of spending most of my life hunched over a computer, especially at my day job...I have very tight neck/shoulders, been told by more than one massage therapist that I need to do something STAT before it gets worse and I potentially get an injury.

Since I strained something while doing an exercise the other day, that day comes today...so I was wondering if you guys knew of some good exercises to do to help out in this area. I've found that doing weight training/working with resistance bands helps a bit, key is to get those parts moving and do more than merely stretching.

“Begin at the beginning,” the King said gravely, “and go on till you come to the end. Then stop.”
