Squatting & haemorrhoids

Postby Johnboy74 » Tue Nov 30, 2010 2:33 pm

I'm wondering if anyone is suffering from haemorrhoids that could be brought on by squatting?

I've started squatting again and this is coincided with a nasty case of haemorrhoids, real painful bloody experience :?

I heard 5 minutes on the treadmill followed by MAX WEIGHTS gives you piles. That might be just a rumour though.

Is it really an age thing though? I read that it can hit you at any age, especially in women when they are pregnant....

I read that it was all to do with an increase of pressure of blood within the veins of the body, that's why i'm figuring my
new squatting regime has brought this on? No one else had/got this?

It seems your right about WEIGHTS can give you piles, but 5 min of treadmill before is highly unlikely, probably the
logic brought about by following a Smolov² routine

LMAO! Was just reading how ono spinal thread you tell about your spinal surgery, and on knee thread about the knee surgeries...

Maybe you should start squatting heavy and get this one on the list too?

I think this was fairly conclusively decided not to be a genuine weightlifting injury, but if everything is relative, it should make you feel better Johnboy, as it looks ouchio:
