Just wondering if any of you have experienced bursitis in your foot? I know it's common for other areas of the body - elbow, knee etc - my doc was quite surprised that it might be bursitis in my foot.
I get the pain in my right foot, especially after any activity that makes me put weight on the ball of my foot along with movement of my toe - think of how you put your back foot/heel raised off ground/toes bent for static lunging. Boxing seems to aggrivate it also with the raising heel off ground and pivoting.
Anyways - my doc said rest, no movement, no weight bearing exercises - yeah right! Not giving up the gym just yet, just wondering if any of you have any tricks for helping it (apart from not working out, that's not gonna cut it right now)
