Reality check today and the result is that flat benching is off the menu for good.

Wait, that should actually be a relief not a curse no?

I did some incline benching anyways 8)

Have some slight pain so I'll have to work it out which exrx will get sacked.

Fingers crossed that deadlifting stays on the menu, forevahh.

So yeah felt some pain around the heart area (left man-boob) doing sprints today.

Think it's happened before. If happens again will go see doc.
JS - They think it will open the door to folk like LordMuppet campaigning for a threeway?
