i think i'm probably in the market for a HTFU comment by posting this, but....
i'm finding that pretty much all strenuous activity is leaving my traps extremely sore, to the point where i don't have full range of motion in turning my head left and right.
this happens the next day after doing almost any upper body work.
being that i've only been exercising for a month or two after coming off a long layoff (years) is this just normal muscle stress that will work itself out once i'm more fit.
Or am I just an old man that should stick to tai-chi?
