Tennis elbow

I dont play tennis, so dont know what caused it, and I've been ignoring the pain for a few months, but its now so bad that I'm struggling to drive or type.

I've been to the doctors today, and I've have been given strong anti inflammatories for a month. Any tips on curing it, or I've got to have a nasty injection in it!

Complete shot in the dark- arthritis is an inflammatory disease. My dad has it in most joints now. He is on anti inflammatories as well, but his doctor recommended trying different diets. Apparently the information regarding the diets is all online. Maybe you could try something like this? I have no idea if it’d work, but it’d be a more holistic solution than a giant needle
