first step is break chairs, next is breaking beds. Keep up the good work.

You will all be happy to know, an anagram of 'vegan fitness' is 'fatness given'.
Although the effeminate nature of my username may suggest otherwise, my gender actually falls into the male category.

Hi all! Resident newbie here. I will likely be pouring through this thread for sage advice as I focus on my quest for bulk. Here is my current status: viewtopic.php?f=8&t=24580 I'll be looking if I need to tweak things to maximize gains in weight and strength!

117kg!! Was on the gym's scales so might be a bit under that but PB nonetheless. Focused on clean bulking, i.e. leaving my plate clean at every meal, and just eating lots of PB&J sandwiches and the choc spread that Vx sells. Too easy. BMI 34.27.

I've gained about 18 pounds so far in 2013. It's mostly been from shakes. My current recipe is as follows:
1 cup pineapple juice
1-2 cups spinach
1 banana
1/2 cup hemp powder
1/4 cups dextrose
7 tsp olive oil
about 1000 kcal. I don't find it hard to down these. They taste somewhat sweet, fruity and 'green'. I've been having this for breakfast most days.
