Just ate a malt loaf, realised I am proper bulking again. 105kg by xmas (or at least the end of winter).

117kg!! Was on the gym's scales so might be a bit under that but PB nonetheless. Focused on clean bulking, i.e. leaving my plate clean at every meal, and just eating lots of PB&J sandwiches and the choc spread that Vx sells. Too easy. BMI 34.27.

I'm back on the wagon. 72.6, up 2.6kg in about 5 weeks. My target is around 0.5kg/week so on track.
Loading up on Gluten Free oats and Potato

weighed today at 105.1 kg - first time on the scales in about 10 months :D

glad! Means i can put on a wee bit more weight in preparation for the 105kg comps.

I've gained about 18 pounds so far in 2013. It's mostly been from shakes. My current recipe is as follows:
1 cup pineapple juice
1-2 cups spinach
1 banana
1/2 cup hemp powder
1/4 cups dextrose
7 tsp olive oil
about 1000 kcal. I don't find it hard to down these. They taste somewhat sweet, fruity and 'green'. I've been having this for breakfast most days.
