Damn I wish I could eat all the stuff you guys are eating! If I ate that much soy and nuts every day I'd be shitting more food out then I put in! I just converted my weight to kilograms......79kg  And I'm 6'2" (1.9 meters)! I'm one of those skinny wimp vegans I guess. Maybe I'll start eating white bread and jam and become a fat began instead.

Whilst pumped, with a little self tan and in a fetching pair of posing briefs.

Jumped on the scale in the gym today 99.9kg without the water bottle in my hand. Not many abs poking through anymore.

Bagels 215 calories each, perfect little tea time snack with loads of hummus taking it over 300+ calories. Still leave room in my tummy for a big lunch.

I've been dabbling with a mini bulk recently, nothing crazy but have decided to up things for a for weeks & see if it helps with the gains.

Speaking of hummus, I made some yesterday & from just one tin of chickpeas I managed to hit the 1000 calories mark :D

Tescos Raspberry Sorbet, it even says vegan on the label. It is clearly a sign!

after seeing a doctor 2 weeks ago I finally got weighed. first time in many many years. 205lbs (93kg) baby! I've never been logged more than 192 (87kg). now I had clothes on and a belt and my sneakers, so I'd say that nekkid, I'd more likely be 200 (90.7kg). I have to say it felt good. WOOT! now I just need to get back to lifting.

This stuff is like crack. All too easy to destroy a whole tub.

The creatine is all out of my system and bodyweight is down to 98kg! Its going to be a battle to keep my weight on.
Trying to eat as much frys stuff (and beer) as possible to keep myself from becoming too ripped.

Was stuck mostly between 70-72kg end of last year, and never much over 73.
Increased cals and started creatine 2 weeks ago. now 2 weeks above 74kg!

Anyone else on to Potato Waffles?

Sorbet sounds a bit wet to me. The mini bulk is under way, grazing on nuts tropical mix and bombay mix as well as ripping all the bourbons out of the work biscuit tin. That deadlift better start moving fast!
