Vegan Nutrition:

If you are a Vegan,as I am, from my research, you will benefit from the following supplements:These include an anti-oxidant regime.

A good quality high dose Multi-vit- mineral daily (Solgar is a good brand)
Flax seed or hemp oil daily.
Alpha Lipoic Acid, daily
Grape-seed extract

In addition: Lecithin, calcium, and a soya protein powder to aid working out.

Eat plenty of fruit and veg- not so much for vits but for plant chemicals.

With all this, you should be ok.
