Vegan Fitness Nutrition (for kids) 101?

Any easy to remember fact sheets, facts, graphics covering our diet you can recommend? I got the nutrition section of the safe and effective practice part of the Diploma in Dance Teaching and Learning for Children and Young People tomorrow and I just know it's gonna be "we need milk for calcium and dead fish for omegas and steak for iron".

I saw a good graphic about protein content of veg over meat and dairy which helped me remember kale 49% and beef 28% or so. Anything like that'd be cool. Thanks.
