basic diet plan

There seems to be a lot of debate regarding what, and how much, vegan athletes and fitness enthusiasts should consume. Regarding nutritional balance, this seems to be a pretty decent "base" diet, from which you could add energy rich extras as and when necessary.

Probably going to try this out myself soon, I guess having a "plan" is all part of the discipline required to be an athlete :mrgreen:

Having a plan is a good idea. If you record it, and then record your results, it also gives you some hard evidence of what works for you, so you can experiment and see what you need to do to get better. All the best!
