There's no B12 in it, I'm no sceintistc but I'm pretty sure there's no way you can prepare or cook anything that results in it developing vitamins it didn't have unless you just do something like eat corn with nutritional yeast on it

Something about the B3 in it is much more plausible given there is B3 in it, though not sure that'd be my first choice of source. I think whoever 'he' is there's a good chance he was talking crap

A quick synopsis of the sites philosophy would be, lets eat like the early US settlers as they didn't have illnessess.
I'm guessing they're just glossing all the sickness that those folk did have...
Other than that it doesn't seem to be too barkingly mad, despite the site title!

Whatever, it has worked for them, and the articles (on reputable sites) it lead me to read on niacin(B3) were fascinating and I knew nothing about pellagra before.

Nowhere do they mention getting b12 from corn.

There is a way to cook/eat corn with B12...

cook it like you normally would, boiled or char grilled, and then sprinkle some nutritional yeast mixed with a little salt.

tastes great !
