That would be 40gr vanilla Protein Shake, 1/2 banana and 6 strawberrys for me... *yum* :D

weetabix 1 teaspoon of suger per a brick. 2 bricks non training day 3 bricks training day. Purely function food.

Smoothie made from two bananas, frozen raspberries (a lot), strawberries, blueberries, black currant, almond flour, coconut flour, sesame seeds, flax seeds, chia seeds and soy milk. Maybe some more ingredient.

Tasty but probably not as tasty as apple pie.

3 Bananas, big teaspoon of pure peanutbutter (homemade), 3 cm ring of pineapple --->blended into a smoothie and poured over ---> handful of peanuts, oats, cornflakes!

kale, cucumber, apple, blueberries, ginger, ground flax seed, ground sprouted quinoa, amla powder, cinnamon, soy milk.

the green part changes quite a bit depending on whats in the fridge, but i always have a green leafy and/or a cruciferus veg (brocoli, bok choi, brussel sprouts, etc).
