Chocolate sorbet, I feel the only word suitable for it is 'divine'.

I do normally just have oats soaked overnight with berries.

It was at 1 in the afternoon which I suspect makes it somewhat less badass

Spelt flakes + walnuts + ½ banana + blueberries + fortified oat milk
Earl grey tea

Never ate spelt flakes before, they're not bad but I think oat flakes are tastier (and cheaper). Also I bought blueberries for the first time the other day, I like them.
I accidentally replaced all of my blood with coffee.

6 bananas and handful of blueberries, a bit of water and blend, sometimes a bit of coconut sugar. Go for a ride then have the same again a couple of hours later.
Been doing this for 3 months now... But brought some almond milk for the first time. Feels like cheating!.

Sourdough bread, baked beans and potato waffles. Pot of earl grey tea, almost a proper english breakfast.

Currently sitting outside the gym trying to finish my breakfast chicken and pea curry. It was cold an hour ago but got chocolate cake for pudding.

Pre training (lift + rowing) breakfast, and yessir that's a lot of jam. It's a powerful anti-depressive, special breakfast for a shitty mood.
