Helping Omni SO cut weight ..

So my live in partner does Muay Thai and has a fight coming up in June. He is trying to lose weight- but seeing as how I do almost all the cooking, I'm having a hard time balancing meals that are high in nutrition and low in calories. (I tend to be chronically underweight, so all my cooking reflects my ability to eat whatever I want). Any suggestions? (He's also an omnivore- so I keep telling him to stop drinking shit like Muscle Milk...but I'll fight that battle one day at a time)
