I have to say, the complaining about it does make me feel better.

Not full, but better.

Water's been helping. So has eating foods that take up lots of volume but are low in calories. Eating bits here and there doesn't help as I get into a frenzy. Working out during eating time has helped, especially if I change when I work out every few days.

But it hurts. Complaining has been the best tool to get this shit done.

Yes, same here. It was only ok if I mixed protein powder in. However, I've stopped eating breakfast anyway (doing IF) so it doesn't matter anymore.

It worked me for me too, eating a bucket of salad. Also I used to skip breakfast, having just some fruit pieces during the morning. It worked, but maybe it's easier for me because we spaniards aren't used to having really strong breakfast. There's a certain risk of insane food cravings at lunch time, so maybe it's not advisable.

I'm still having a real hard time keeping my daily intake lower than 2400. 4200 feels great. I'd be stuffing myself at 5200. And 2400 feels like borderline starving. But I'm supposed to do 1960 to reach my goal.
It's almost easier to fast.

hey how come only 1960 per day, i mean you train and do stuff, doesnt that effect things?

or are you trying to do this all in a hurry?

That's the amount of calories I need to consume to hit my target weight in 10 weeks or so. That doesn't include working out... but i work out so randomly, that if I included that I would continue to overeat.

also how lean are you? maybe you just have a super fast metabolism or something :S

i have trouble getting over 2000 a day, even when i eat constantly

There were four days in the past two months where I ate upwards of 3,800 kcal. That's what I used to normally eat.
I can post a day when I meet my goal. They mostly involved skipping a lot of breakfast and having a small lunch and dinner. If I start off eating as I normally did, I don't stop.

it looks like you eat alot of fast digesting carbs, you could try replacing or removing things like pretzels, bagels and replacing them with slower digesting carbs

you could maybe also benefit from simplifying your meals, you have about 10 different things for breakfast, crazy!,

I tend to eat what the kids and wife leave behind. Benefit/detriment to a vegan household.
That's where you get 1/8 of a bowl of two different breakfast cereal.
