Chia seeds

Have you tried Chia seeds? They absorb liquid so much and get really 'jellified', a bit like flax. Fantastically nutritious, check them out!

Yep, buying them regularly now. Nice amount of protein as well.
Squat - 170kg
DL - 200kg
BP - 110kg

damn expensive though. How are they better than flax?

They are not better than flax on the omega 3 front but you don't have to grind them and they are pretty high in calcium too. They also make you feel like an ancient aztec warrior.
