Just a thought on calcium supplements. Perhaps something like spirulina would be good- high in calcium, protein and anti-oxidants and is easily absorbed. I think it's also considered to be alkalising so would protect against calcium beeing leeched from the body. I know that people take things barley-grass specifically to help keep the body in an alkaline state. To be honest I'm not 100% sure of the differences between barley-grass, wheat-grass, chlorella and spirulina which have a similar appearance so it may be worth looking into.
