Is taking supplements over long terms healthy?

The light headedness would more likely be your diet than your supplements imo, if i don't get my required daily calorie intake and/or eat one dimensional foods (i.e. too much potato or beans) , i get weak and light-headed.

Trust me, do not worry about your libido, once you get over the transition period and feel less lethargic (eating veg helps me with this) you'll have no problems...well i didnt anyway, in fact i'd say my libido was higher! haha
