Arugula does have 160mg, but kale has 135mg and broccoli has 47mg, and those are only the raw values, while cooking changes things. Also, To get your daily intake of calcium from arugula would take 30 cups of lettuce (!), but it's all beside the point I think. beforewisdom's point is that authors (especially vegan authors) shouldn't make health claims about different foods without having scientific results to back those claims up.

Its not even about scientific references to back up big claims, but taking 5 minutes to do what you just did and look basic facts up before potentially publishing wrong information.

Ugh, this feels so negative, but sorry, it is needs to be said.

It is beautiful out, lets drop this nonsense and enjoy the weekend
