weight gain

A friend of mine went vegan and then struggled with aneamia, bloatedness and weightgain. Any ideas what may cause this? Advice on what she should do? Thanks

Tayln and I are on the case. Bit behind schedule due to my working on the logo competition but on the case nevertheless.

Yes she must take it right, not because she want. And may be this is not appropriate for her.
