This is the only thing that has worked for me. Generally I'm ok with most of my diet and don't seem to overly suffer when eating pulses (touch wood!). Things that set me off tend to be soy, wheat or broccoli but only really if eaten in large quantities. Recently I have found that eating dried figs before having a soy protein shake gave me painful gas, whereas the other way around was fine.
For me it's all about combinations and excesses, rather than particular foods.
