Well, river kyacking in the cold rainy weather we have been having isn't that fun :P also iv'e been doing barefoot running/ walking but the ground is to cold to continue atm, I'm getting my Vibram shoes next week though :)!

I'm in.

CURRENT*:
Weight: 74kg (163lbs)
Body fat%: 27.
*as of May 1st 2012

Goals:
Weight: 55-60kg.
Bodyfat%: 15.
to be achieved by December 31st 2012.

15kg in 7 months. Tough, but possible...

I'll be weighing and measuring on the first Tuesday of every month with my trainer.
Have started a tumblr blog to track my progress and keep myself motivated.

CURRENT:
Weight: 85kg (188lbs)
Body fat%: unknown but likely to be around 30%

Goals:
Weight: 63kg (140lbs)
Bodyfat%: 15.

22kg (48lbs) to lose. Not sure how long this will take.....
