I was hoping someone might be able to point me to a good summary of the kind of training and 'race time' diets that vegan endurance runners can use.
This is to feed into an article in a non-vegan magazine which is being finished at the moment. So feedback ASAP would be great
In particular, what sorts of nutrition & food might be appropriate on a heavy training day? What food patterns would be good from beginning to end of a race day?
What about particular brands of nutritional supplements, such as power bars or protein powders?
