Natto with hot rice in the morning FTW.
Some Natto are not vegan though.

Can you buy Tempeh in London anywhere? I haven't seen it.

Second Nature on Wood St E17 sell it and Revitalise in Belsize Park.

A high protein recipe i do now and again -Jerk Tempeh and Rice and peas (with respect Veganomicon)
Chop the Tempeh into triangles and boil gently for 10 mins then marinate in a tablespoon of jerk sauce,2 tbs oil,2 tbs soy sauce ,juice of 1 lemon,2 cloves of garlic chopped,mixed herbs whatever for 1 hour or more-bake in oven for 10-15 mins pouring over sauce now and again
For the rice and peas put 250g rice,1 tin coconut milk,1 tin red kidney beans,1 chilli,sprig of thyme,1 chopped onion,1 clove garlic in saucepan and add enough water to cover rice by half an inch bring to boil put lid on and turn heat down to minimum-takes about 20 mins.
Serves 2 hungry people with sauteed greens of some variety
About 950 calories and 35g protein
