Dayamn you sure got a lot of time on your hands :D

My only recipe is: pour water in glass, ad protein powder, mix, drink (or eat if it's too thick!) :P

Here's one:

1 1/2 ripe avocados
1 cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk
1 banana
3-4 packets stevia
lime juice
1 scoop vanilla flavored brown rice protein

It's sorta like key lime pie and tastes like it has more calories than what's in it. Also VERY filling.

Alright, I have to ask.

What brand of protein do you prefer?

I recently tried Vega and I have to say it was awful. Bummer because Brazier seems like a pretty cool dude.

2 scoops? are we upping the game on this? I have tofu and sprite on my shopping list tonight.
How much sprite in ml, how much tofu in g and how many grams of pea protein are we looking at?

500ml of sprite is just going to make me burp like a mofo, so I would say a 375ml can is enough. Make it nice and thick.

Very much depends on what is available in your area, I think some people in the US get sunwarrior. Never tried it myself so dont know what its like.
Vega is generally considered to be very expensive.

Just ordering a batch of sunwarrior as we speak... (or type)
5 tub bulk order for $325 AUS. Multiple flavours -what ever u want.
So $65 per kilo, goes down well with a bit of oat/soy/rice milk.

awesome! thanks to you both for the suggestion. Looks like they have a lot of options... any outstanding flavors you'd like to recommend?

I've also noticed that most people don't blend with almond milk. does it not blend well with protein?

luckyshot- sunwarrior's supposed to be great but it's not cheap either. A lot of us americans use the custom blend option on trueprotein.com. A pound of 70/30 pea/rice protein runs about $6 and has a better amino acid profile than sunwarrior.
