(note: pretty much always add a couple of spoons or linwoods milled seed mix for a bit of fat and goodness to all these shakes)
Strawberries and cream
handfull fresh strawberries
Homemade soy yogurt (can also be alpro)
Scoop or two of Soy protein isolate
half banana, (or full depending on your carb needs)
Superman
Kiwi's, banana, strawberry, blackcurrent
Protein powder (vanilla style is good with it or just add vanilla flavouring)
Water
Beetle juice
Spinach, beetroot, cucumber, Hemp protein
Rieta smoothie
Soy Yogurt
Bit of fruit juice and water
Cucumber
Fresh mint
Hemp Protein two scoops
High protein sugar free pudding(s)

2 Bananas
Soy Yogurt
Heaps of cocoa
2 scoops soy protein
2 tsp peanut butter
(blend till thickness of chocolate mouse, tastes just as good if not better)

The above frozen slightly, blended or whisked and frozen again makes great ice cream!
Pancakes
1 cup Flour
1 cup Soy bran, Soy flour & soy protein
2 sp Corn flour
Soy milk
2 sp cinnamon
Blended and fried in a VERY non stick frying pan.

last night as a late night snack I made a kind of salad....
Grated carrot,
diced cucumber,
Hemp protein,
soy yogurt,
mixed seeds,
cress salad
It was actually REALLY tasty! looks very wrong, but was great!.
