This is a handy food list that will tell you exactly how many Carbs, Protiens and Fats, as well as many Amino acids and other nutirants are in the vegetables you eat.

It is good to know these values if you are trying to Bulk up or Slim down via calorie counting.
Unfortunately the site is not a totally vegan source.
