no wonder i eat three of those a week :D

Tofu, tempeh, burgers, sausages and so on are really expensive here, like 4US$ for 300-400g of tofu. On the other hand TVP, rice, soy beans, lentils, chickpeas, peanuts, etc are literally dirt cheap, on an average 1,50US$-3US$ for a kg.

Started bulking, currently 84-85kg.

100kg by xmas as suggested by baldy.

I dunno how many times I have said to myself 100kg by xmas, it seems an impossible goal!

I am also eating cookies, but guilty free.

So the South African killer virus and holiday knocked a few kilograms off me, down to a light 95kg. I am wearing my skinny jeans that were in the charity shop bag :(
No more fucking around, 105kg by christmas and the plan is too eat and back squat. Have done it before and I will do it again, results are guaranteed (not with standing any major life changing events).

Look at these bad boys, have about a million ingredients but look vegan and 800 calories per a strudel, add a bit of custard or ice cream to get the magical 1000 calorie desert.

I tried baldys peanut butter oatmeal tonight.

100g oats, 500ml soy milk, 75g peanut butter, 25g golden syrup.

50g protein, 990 calories.

win.

The tesco ones are better, if you can find them... they are in a long green box, apple flavour. Has around 1500 calories per box!

It sounds impossible, but I have eaten way too much falafel. Not sure if I can survive the afternoon at work without having a nap to aid digestion.

Just bought a diet pepsi from the vending machine by mistake. Not impressed.
