Were you really training with them, or just tagging along/stalking them as they rode by? ;)

Ive been going out with teams and acting as a 'tour guide' since 2003. Anyone can do it if your fit enough and know where to go.

Ive riden over 180 000km as a vegan and logged everday since 99. Its just a nightly habit I get into. I write down km and if I did a race or hill climb time trial how I went. It only takes 5 minutes a week and lets me know what training is required to get me up to where I want to be.

I'm asking because I want to know :) the video you posted of Lance Armstrong some time ago was more of a stalking moment, or at least that's what it looked like, but in this video you seem to be actually riding with the team.

Must be cool to be riding with those guys.

Lance never returned my phone calls and declined my private massage offer so I had no choice but to stalk him.

I rode with Lance again last Saturday (see photo above) and its all good now.
