Interesting.......

I had a full blood screen done, around 12 months ago. The results showed I was at the top of the range for everything, including iron, with no supplementation. So I was pleased. The doctor, displaying the usual prejudice, found it hard to believe that I was vegan.

So my lack of race wins was done to mediocre ability, rather than low blood values !
I eat to nourish my compassion, not my greed

I'm the man they couldn't kill ! I cannot be destroyed with conventional weapons !

And probably the former fastest British Vegan 10, 25 and 50 mile TT rider. Probably.

had my blood tested last year, didnt actually see the results but i spoke to my doctor and he said everything is fine.

When getting your blood tested, do you just ask for a full blood screen or do you have to be more specific to get heamocratic levels etc?
Let's plunge ourselves into the roar of time, the whirl of accident, may pain and pleasure, success and failure, shift as they will - for it is only action that can make a man.
